Tropical Flora & Fauna in silk clay Workshop For Kids

Course Outline

Activities that improve children's fine motor skills in an integral part of their development. The use of Silk Clay encourages the children to use their hands to mold shapes and paint with their fingers.

Let's indulge in the wonders of the tropical rainforest. The richness and diversity provide us with an array of inspirations to create beautiful art. In this workshop, we will discuss the characteristics of the rainforest and the flora and fauna that thrive in it. The children will have the chance to create their own compositions while understanding how to use Silk Clay to the effects that they would like to achieve.

- Discuss the characteristics of the Tropical Rainforest and its flora and fauna. Provide references.

- Introduction to Silk Clay, color mixing & techniques that can be used with & without tools.

- Draw the outline of the composition

- Constant guidance and support will be provided throughout the workshop.
